Common questions

How does scanning a score sheet work?

Tap the camera, photograph your handwritten score sheet, and ChipsMind reads the players and amounts for you. It matches nicknames and initials to your known players and checks that the table balances to zero. You review the draft and fix anything before saving. The photo is processed to extract text and isn't stored on our servers — see the privacy policy for detail.

How do I export my data?

Open Settings → Export data to download a CSV of your sessions, players and amounts. The file is generated on your device and you choose where to send or save it.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Delete data to erase everything ChipsMind has stored on your device. This can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy. Deleting the app removes the data too.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Pro subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you manage them there:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ChipsMind.
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChipsMind.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends.

The AI misread my sheet — what now?

Every scan is a draft you can edit before saving, so just correct the row and save. If a particular sheet trips it up repeatedly, email us a description (please don't send anything you'd rather keep private) and we'll use it to improve recognition.

Is ChipsMind a gambling app?

No. ChipsMind is a score-keeping and record-keeping utility for private card games. It doesn't offer, facilitate or process gambling, wagering or real-money play. See our Terms of Service.
