These terms govern your use of the ChipsMind app, published by Project91 Advance Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using ChipsMind you agree to them.
What ChipsMind is — and isn't. ChipsMind is a score-keeping and record-keeping utility for private card games. It helps you record and organise scores that were kept by hand. ChipsMind does not offer, facilitate, host or process any gambling, wagering, betting, or real-money play of any kind. It does not accept, hold, transfer or pay out money, and it does not enable you to place or settle bets. It is a personal notebook, not a game of chance.
Using the app
ChipsMind is provided for your personal use to keep records of private card games among people you know. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for how you use those records. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your responsibility for lawful play
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any card game you record is lawful where you play it. ChipsMind is a record of activity that has already taken place between the participants; it takes no part in that activity and expresses no view on it. We are not a party to any arrangement, debt or settlement between you and other players.
Your data
Your game data is stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up any data you wish to retain — for example by using the CSV export before deleting the app.
Subscriptions
ChipsMind offers a free tier and an optional paid "Pro" subscription. Prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant store. Refunds are handled by the store in line with its policies.
Intellectual property
The ChipsMind name, logo, app and its content are owned by Project91 Advance Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable law. These terms don't grant you any rights in them beyond using the app as intended.
No warranty
ChipsMind is provided "as is". AI reading of handwritten sheets is a convenience and can make mistakes — you should always review a scan before relying on it. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any extracted figures are correct.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from figures you recorded, disputes between players, or your reliance on data in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make a material change we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
